Emma François is from Marseille and not only created Sessùn but is also a Board Director of the MMMM. She continues the label's retail strategy by opening their first boutique in Toulouse, after having reinforced their distribution in Paris with the opening of 2 more boutiques at the beginning of the year.
The redeveloping and fitting out of the boutique was given to the NP2F firm of architects, with the remit to highlight the typical Toulouse architecture. « The place has a lot of personality and has attracted a lot of visitors since it opened. We wanted to rediscover a building which had been completely covered up ».
Emma François confides that she doesn't want to have a network of similar and uniform looking boutiques, but wants to preserve the specificity of each location.
The growth continues, as in September a new boutique will open in Bordeaux, followed by their fourth address in Paris, this time on the left bank in rue des Saint-Pères.
