Olivier Guillemin was the 1st laureate of the ANDAM Fashion Awards in Paris in 1989. Today he is President of the Comité Français de la Couleur, a think tank on the use of colour in transverse economic sectors, such as fashion, textiles, design, architecture, plastic arts, cosmetics and gastronomy. He is also Creative Director and colour expert for the APLF leather fair in Hong Kong, and the Japanese cosmetics company Shiseido. This year he became a member of the team of professional experts put together by the Maison Méditerranéenne des Métiers de la Mode (MMMM).
Founded in 1986, his label highlights and promotes his futurist universe, a fun and playful fashion style based on his research on materials, colours and shapes.
The Joyce Gallery in Paris is showing his creative universe until 3 March 2017 with thirty of his silhouettes, which will then be sold at auction.
