NellyRodi unveils its new organisation

Pierre-François Le Louët

NellyRodi has announced its new organisational structure to support its future development and growth. This news has been expected since the summer when Pierre-François Le Louët, the CEO of NellyRodi was appointed as head of the French Feminine Ready-To-Wear Association, replacing Daniel Wertel.

Firstly, NellyRodi announced the creation of an Executive Committee to better support the son of the eponymous founder. The next announcement was the promotion of Nathalie Rozborski to the new post of Assistant Managing Director; since 2011 she had been Director of the Fashion and Beauty Consulting Division.
Vincent Grégoire and Laurent Le Mouël are both named Creative Directors and their responsibilities are expanded to cover all the Agency's activities. They, along with Nathalie Rozborski, administration, and Laurence Diep, finance, form the Executive Committee which is presided over by Pierre-François Le Louët: they report directly to him.
In terms of operations, the major news of the new season for the Agency is the creation of three new divisions, facilitating a « sector based and business vision ». So, Marie Dupin who was previously Manager of the Fashion Consulting Division is now Director of the Fashion Division. After experience as a Product Manager at Nina Ricci, and as Continental Europe Marketing and Communications Manager at New Look, she joined NellyRodi in 2014.

Pierre-Edouard Martial has been appointed Director of the Maison & Luxury Divisions.  He joined the agency at the same time as Marie Dupin and is responsible for the next market analysis in collaboration with IFOP, the French market research company, on the desirability of luxury labels and brands, which will be published in October.
Charlotte Boisdron who was previously Consulting Director at the marketing services agency Equancy, has joined NellyRodi as Director of the Beauty, Leisure & Services Divisions. A graduate of the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilisation in Paris, fluent in Chinese, having already spent several years in China, she also takes over the transversal deployment of all activities in China. These three Division Directors join NellyRodhi's new management committee and report directly to Nathalie Rozborski.
Finally, NellyRodi is clearly reinforcing the Insights & Digital Divisions with the arrival of Nardjisse Ben Mebarek-Launay as Digital Director reporting to Nathalie Rozborski; she is also a member of the NellyRodi management committee. She will be responsible for the editorial team and the deployment of the platform, and more generally any comments made by the agency in digital domains, on social networks, or the company website. Her other responsibility is the management of the « digital trends » consultancy mission, which the agency wants to develop and increase with its customer base.
Since 2007 Nardjisse Ben Mebarek-Launay has been running the blog she created « mots de mode » [words of fashion]. In 2009 she also created her own digital communications agency – Red Stilettos. At Sarenza, the French e-Commerce company specialising in the online sale of shoes and accessories, she had a management position in charge of the social media and editorial department. She has also helped develop a number of well known digital startups,  MakeMyLemonade, where she is also a shareholder, and Nailmatic.
Sylvine Nuret was previously Senior Project Manager in the Lifestyle Division at  NellyRodi and has now been appointed Manager of the new Insights Division. She will report to Nathalie Rozborski and her mission is to provide the NellyRodi teams and clients with megatrends and consumer trend content.
