Exposition : "L’Héritage surréaliste dans la mode" au Chateau Borély

The Museum of Decorative Arts, Earthenware and Fashion of Marseille, Château Borély, is presenting the exhibition "Surrealist Heritage in Fashion" until September 27th, 2020.

After an exhibition dedicated to the photographer Man Ray, this place partner of the Maison Mode Méditerranée extends the encounter between fashion and art through collaborations stemming from the surrealist movement. This journey in time through thirty models with the most contemporary allures, with some who come from the Maison Mode Méditerranée archives, shows the figurative and liberated landscape that inspires the creations of houses such as Hermès or Issey Miyake.
