22/09/2015

On Tuesday 22 September 2015, the Fashion Masters 2 Degree students welcomed Coralie Sola, Human Resources Manager, Fanny Vargiu, Assistant HR Manager and Audrey Coupé, Assistant Product Manager and a Fashion Masters 2 honours degree graduate in 2014.

First of all, a rapid panorama to situate the American Vintage label in the present context. The cotton tops company was created ten years ago by Michaël Azoulay and has grown substantially since then. Today they provide a diversified collection of more than 180 designs for women each season. American Vintage provides authentic and creative garments which allow you to reinvent your look every day. The brand has 150 boutiques around the world and more than 1,500 retail outlets. In brief, this Marseille success story gets talked about in the ready to wear market, and today they do the talking.

Coralie Sola, and Fanny Vargiu coached us on the different recruitment stages in the fashion industry. CV, covering letter, interview, dress code, everything was gone over in detail, so that we could launch ourselves on the job market with brio.

The students also had the pleasure of welcoming back another Masters graduate,Audrey Coupé, who came to talk about her career so far, her studies, and her professional success at American Vintage; a passionate and enriching experience which has helped her mature and develop.

A big thanks to this brilliant team. Their help and experience has been very useful and an excellent source of motivation
