In 2001, the young fashion designer from Marseilles, Inari Blanc, launched her women's ready-to wear label called INARI.
Because she came from a family of artists involved in the visual arts and textile design, she was surrounded by a creative environment from a very early age. Self-taught and interested in everything, she did a textile design course and then worked as a designer and garment prototyper for three years with the Casablanca label based in Marseilles.
In 2001 she created her own label with the help of a business incubator. A few years later she won a 2006-7 Charte des Créateurs bursary grant for the Mediterranean Fashion Institute [Institut Mode Méditerranée], where she made a name for herself through the quality and originality of her very feminine, chic and casual line of garments.
After that she decided to work in Berlin, then Lille where she was selected by the
Maisons de Mode incubator to develop her label. Filled with new energy she continued to take us on her travels, with a series of very colourful collections. Today she is back in Marseilles to create and design new works along the Mediterranean coast!
